Artifacts

I use many types of visualizations, including personas, journey maps, experience maps, blueprints, scenarios, and task analyses, to communicate research findings, strategies, and processes. The content for the diagrams comes from a combination of primary research, secondary research, expert interviews, and co-design sessions. Artifacts are customized to subject matter, brand, and the people who will use them.
